Alarm Responses

Pieschek Protective Services maintains patrols in the Green Bay and surrounding areas on all weekday nights and all weekends.  Patrol units, under contract, will respond to alarms at designated client properties and represent the client’s interests.  Alarm responses are governed by an Alarm Response Plan for each property.

Once at an alarm site, our guards will determine whether a real emergency (burglary, property damage, or fire) exists.  If an emergency exists, the guard will notify the proper authorities according to the Alarm Response Plan.  If no emergency exists, the alarm will be reset.

Having our existing patrols check alarms has proven much more economical to our clients than responding with their own dedicated on-call people.  Our attendance at alarms also benefits clients because it eliminates false alarm fees currently charged by law enforcement, if they are the first responders to the alarm.
